Courtney Smith

As a principal and head of accounts at Brandtatorship—and mother of three—Courtney is as expert at marketing and client relations as she is with bath time.

Courtney began her advertising career at Arnold Worldwide. During her tenure, she worked on the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Tobacco Control Program, a worldwide leader in tobacco control. She worked closely with the CDC to assist other Tobacco Control programs nationally and internationally, using the creative her team developed. The result: Massachusetts is a smoke-free state.

Making the move to Hill Holiday, Courtney managed the broadcast production of Marshalls current and new store campaigns and helped develop core marketing strategies that enabled not-for-profits—such as Volunteers of America and Home For Little Wanderers—to reach their donor audience via broadcast, print and direct mail.

During her tenure as Account Director at Jay Advertising, Courtney spearheaded the agency’s new business efforts, managed client relations for Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and volunteered her time on several not-for-profit accounts. Most recently, Courtney led StormFrog’s strategic marketing efforts and played a critical role in developing new client relationships.
