My family has a beautiful farm on Lake Ontario that we frequent during the summertime for all things summer: swimming, 4-wheeling, exploring, napping. The thing about Eagle Cliff Farm is that it truly always is “5 o’clock somewhere” and when thirst strikes, you find yourself mixing up something creative and refreshing.
This is one of my favorites, served ice cold and is typically enjoyed while the sun is shining on my face.

Start with lots of cubed or crushed ice in a highball or Collins glass. Pour Ketle One Citron vodka over ice, fill glass ¾ with club soda. Add in fresh lemon juice and fresh lime juice, stir to combine. Top with a splash of cranberry juice, and a wedge of lemon and lime. Enjoy!
