The Root of the Problem

“Never state a problem to yourself in the same terms it was brought to you.”

I hope as you read these words they'll stick. If a problem or client ask is presented, let them spell out the facts. Listen. Then, it’s the agency’s job to process this info, break it down to it’s root, and solve the problem from the unexpected angle. If you or I simply restate the problem back to the client, then well, client’s wouldn’t need us would they?
