AvMed Health Care plays in a saturated Florida insurance market with many heavy hitters, including Humana, United Health Care, and BlueCross BlueShield. The point of differentiation is that AvMed is approachable. You get an actual person attending to your needs. Furthermore, the organization aims to provide members with healthy living resources at all touch points. Our job was to create a website that felt just as approachable, friendly, and helpful as the people you find at AvMed.
Not only did we create an engaging new web presence, but also helped evolve the AvMed brand position. We made it inviting to potential members and affirming to current members that they’ve made the right choice. The result: a highly inspirational website that provides easy-to-digest information to users…and numerous extensions for the offline marketing world, including a rich photo library, brochures, posters, even outdoor signage. In other words, the branding was born with the website and now goes far beyond it.
